Personal Qualties

Organised - I like to think that I am organised and have a set time to finish my work. For example, during our unit 17 project I organised times for the group to meet and film.
Creative - During the script writing unit, I came up with many new ideas.
Resilience - Towards the end of my VFX unit in the 180 media, I thought I had lots of work too do, however I put my head down and finished it before the deadline.
Leadership - During unit 17, things weren't going perfectly and nobody was saying anything. Until I stepped in and took control and leadership for what to do next.

Social - I am social with others. Inside and outside of college i'm talkative, I spend time outside with friends and family.
Working with others - I am good with working with others, as I feel like after coming up with ideas we can each branch off each other and create more and better ideas. I also feel like working with others makes the whole process easier and more fun.
Presenting work - I am good at presenting my work, I can layout my work professionally and make what I do obvious. I can take criticism after presenting my work, as I see the positive side of the criticism as I see it as constructive.
Thinking outside the box - I am good at thinking outside the box, when my group in unit 17 thought of some ideas, I thought outside the box and what would work and improve on.

Understanding of programmes - I pick up quickly how to use new softwares in which I haven't seen before. For example, I have used Sony Vegas before which helped me to understand parts of Adobe Premiere Pro as they are similar editing softwares
Camera skills - I've had experience with the camera as for one of my GCSE we did a filming unit for film studies. Also before unit 17 we had practise lessons with how to use the camera (ISO, aperture, etc).
Editing - I am good at the basics (cutting clips, assembling clips). But I am also good with visual and special effects. For example, I know how to use slow motion to create intensity, I can create a glitch effect for text and for transitions, I know how colour, vibrance, saturation and style works and how to make it look realistic in its genre.
Graphics - I am good with photoshop and I know how to use photoshop at an advanced level.

When I finish my media course at Long Road, I want to achieve a DD (two distinctions). I want to set myself the aim for at least two distinctions so I can potentially achieve higher.
I want to expand on my editing and camera skills, for both filming and photography. This means that I can give myself a wider range of achievements in different fields of media.
I want to either go straight into employment or an apprenticeship for editing and graphic design.

I have experience with graphic design and editing. I want to get a Job as graphic design manager, or edit films/sequences of all sort (short and long sequences). This is because I have a good amount of knowledge on photoshop and editing softwares such as: Sony vegas and Premiere Pro. I am also interested in social media marketing in which I do as a hobby.

Patient - Im impatient when something I do isn't completed. For example, when we were filming I got impatient when we weren't filming or coming up with ideas.
Decision making - Im not the greatest at decision making, as I find it hard to choose between ideas with a final decision.
